Posted by grincuddle in : Gulay , trackbackYep! Yesterday, I’m thinking of posting some important issues that is relevant to our daily health. I am very particular on health subject. I guess we do have to spend more time in taking good care of our health. For me it matters most!
Enjoy life and live to the fullest. Yes, we do find our self for happiness but we should also set our time in losing our fats and eliminates the toxins. I have read from a known magazine that sleeping early from 9-11pm and waking up early from 5:00-6:30am will somehow has a positive impact on our health. By that time duration should be spend by relaxing or listening to music at home, because this is the time for eliminating unnecessary/ toxic chemicals from the antibody system. Our body has also the schedule wherein our body detoxifies and it also depends on our life style. Please consider below schedule on how to maintain our health:
• 11pm – 1am: detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
• 1-3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
• 3-5am: detoxification in the lungs, no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process
• 5-7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel. (Tips: It is good to eat green leafy vegetable in the evening “dinner time”.)
• 7-9am: Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am and is also beneficial to those wanting to stay fit.
So, you guys if you want to stay fit and healthy you should sleep early and wake up early too. It is good for you to know that in the midnight to 4:00am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don’t sleep late!
